Diverse contemporary dance with eclectic
style showcases three separate works from three New Zealand
choreographers in Ternion, last night tonight!
With two
more performances, Charlie dares to confront the fragility
of life in this compelling work by Fleur Fitzpatrick.
Can beauty be found behind the toaster? Two lives in
neighbouring rooms co-exist intricately in the same space
onstage with this rock'n'roll love story, Blinkers.
2 Kiwis and a Spic shows us original NZ
dance theatre at its best, opening Tuesday night at
6.30pm!
Get Cuffed takes the stage with a
wickedly funny, one-woman cabaret featuring Bryony
Skillington, opening Wednesday night.
A poetic slice of
life on the streets comes to BATS on Friday night with Ruthie Bird and the King of Hearts.
Hail to the Thief opens on Saturday
night, with the secular retelling of the Biblical story of
King David and his adulterous affair with Bathsheba. Power,
corruption and seduction blur the boundaries of right and
wrong…

Get Cuffed is a light-hearted look
at one woman’s romantic history. Tied to a bed (and
waiting for a lover who may or may not return), Esther looks
back over a string of affairs and broken dreams, performing
13 songs that range from hilarious to heartbreaking.
