TAKATAPUI (LIFESTYLE) – Monday June 16 at 9.30 PM
The only show in Aotearoa for gay, lesbian and transgender Maori. Tonight: The compelling story of Sylvia Kampaug, a gay woman in the 1950s whose parents put her into a mental institution, in an attempt to make her act more like they thought a girl should. This was just the beginning of her troubles. With expert opinion from Dr Miriam Saphira and Te Aho Tapu psychologist, Sharon Rickard.

KETE ARONUI (ARTS) – Tuesday June 17 at 8.00 PM
Stunning series that profiles indigenous artists from a diverse range of disciplines working in Aotearoa today. Tonight: Beyond the ink with accomplished and controversial Ta Moko artist, Inia Taylor (Ngati Raukawa).

HOSTAGES INC (INTERNATIONAL DOCO) – Tuesday June 17 at 8.30 PM
It was supposed to be a new Iraq. But in the chaotic aftermath of Saddam's regime, the only growth industry filling the vacuum is hostage-taking. It is also a tool used to manipulate public opinion. This programme looks at the psychology and strategy at work in this phenomenon. Contains some disturbing images. AO

The Pacific Nations Cup is an IRB sanctioned rugby competition between six Pacific Rim sides - Australia A, Fiji, Japan, Samoa, Tonga and for the first time the NZ Maori. The tournament is an action-packed round robin of fifteen games, played in all the participant countries, and featuring some of rugby’s finest talent.

SEDUCING DOCTOR LEWIS – Sunday June 22 at 9.00 PM
French comedy. When vanishing fish stocks herald the decline of the once thriving village of St-Marie-La Mauderne, villagers are left in despair. Their saviour arrives in the form of Doctor Lewis, if only they can convince him to stay. Starring: Raymond Bouchard. Director: Jean-Francois Poiliot.
