Letterman meets the Gannet Man
Matt Watson will appear with David Letterman on the world renowned Late Show with David Letterman on United States television on February the 5th 2009.
Letterman’s people tell us they've had their eye on Matt for a while now, and first saw him wrangling with a striped marlin from a Jet Ski… once they saw Gannet Man the call was made. The Late Show has been a staple on U.S broadcasting for over 25 years and David Letterman is regarded as the king of the late night talk shows.
We're absolutely stoked to be part of this, so make sure you get yourself in front of a TV to see the Gannet Man meet David Letterman!
The show will screen in the United States on February the 5th at 11.30PM EST on the CBS network http://lateshow.cbs.com/latenight/lateshow/show_info/pants/.

As well as viewing this exciting Letterman show, we’ve also got an exciting show for you, so make sure you are also in front of a TV this Saturday at 4:30 on TV3.
We're replaying one of our old favourites, which sees us in the Bay of Plenty. As the anchovies run there is all manner of predatory fish on the prowl and we run into everything from big sharks and kingfish to tasty tarahiki.
The fishing is definitely hot at the moment, marlin are being seen in all the usual hot spots in New Zealand and the anticipated blues have turned up. We’ve just got back from an absolutely amazing time fishing off the East Cape – there was so much kingfish madness that sometimes we didn’t even know where to point the camera – there was action everywhere!!
If you get out there and do it, be sure to post up your fishing reports in our forum http://www.thefishingshow.co.nz/forum and if you fancy fishing like we do, then email travel@thefishingshow.co.nz and we can sort out the fishing trip of a lifetime for you.
Tightlines,
