UCOL Exercise and Sport Science Lecturer Tim Seaholme, has been selected to coach the New Zealand under 15 girls Table Tennis team in the ITTF World Junior event in Australia later this month.
Tim coached a New Zealand team on the world junior circuit in Auckland in 2006 but this will be his first international coaching fixture offshore.
Tim is Deputy Chairperson of Table Tennis New Zealand. He has been involved in national training camps in the lower North Island and is also responsible for coaching Manawatu’s elite Table Tennis squads.
The ten day International event will be held in conjunction with the Australian Junior Open competition on the Gold Coast.
