Tickets are selling fast for this fantastic annual event. Carrying on from the success of last years' sellout night when we featured the 2008 Montana Poetry Prize winner, Janet Charman, we are delighted to invite you to join us this year for another fabulous night of poetry and music. Ila Selwyn will be our MC for the evening with a top line-up of local and New Zealand poets and music by the fantastic Reb Fountain Trio. It will be a great night!

Poetry readings by: Riemke Ensing; CK Stead; Karlo Mila, Glenn Colquhoun, Genevieve Maclean, Gus Simonovic, Renee Liang and Tim Heath.

Top Floor of Lopdell House, 7.30pm doors open at 7pm.
$15 or $10 for Friends of Lopdell House Gallery.

Refreshments including mulled wine will be available


Robin Kewell Film Night Saturday 25 July - Scent from Sri Lanka & Going to Guyana
Our Robin Kewell films and talks series continues with an exotic double bill. Scent from Sri Lanka combines two filming trips to the country, one for Rainforest Rescue International and one for Quest International. Going to Guyana documents Robin's trip to Guyana accompanying The Eden Project's Director of Education and Curator of the Humid Tropics Biome.

Holiday Programme Workshop : Clayschool 6 - 10 July
Places are filling up for this holiday programme so please secure your childs place asap. Each day your child will learn many technical hand-building skills to create a mythological world in clay. Classes start with a series of sketches that develop into a 3D clay sculpture
