Celebrity Speakers Warns, It’s A Jungle Out There

Celebrity Speakers Warns
It’s A Jungle Out There

Meetings 09 delegates visiting the Celebrity Speakers NZ stand ‘It’s a jungle out there’, were guided by tour leader and Managing Director, Louise Ryburn, and Gold Elite speaker, Graham Lowe.

The two and a half day trade show, organised by Conventions and Incentives New Zealand and held in Auckland this year, brings together buyers and sellers of conference and incentive travel services to grow mutual business opportunities, and share knowledge and ideas.

Ryburn says quick sand and lion’s lairs can get in the way of a seamlessly run event, and Celebrity Speakers, which celebrates its 20 year anniversary in 2009, is the most experienced speakers’ bureau in the country to cut through the vines to make sure the message is heard by meeting delegates.

“We have hundreds of professional speakers and entertainers on our books and as all event planners will be aware, agendas don’t always go according to plan. Flights can run late, absentee speakers can threaten meeting schedules, and diva moments can sour relationships.

“Our clients have told us having our team manage their speakers, is a bit like taking out an insurance policy at their conference – we are the largest bureau in the country and have the resources, experience and common sense to manage everything for a perfect conference,” says Ryburn.
