Fly My Pretties - The Encore Shows!
Fly My Pretties - The Encore Shows!
Woohoo! We're stoked to put the show back on the road for two more special shows in December!
Following the success of the unforgettable nationwide May/June 2009 tour and the release of 'Fly My Pretties - A Story' Deluxe Set which debuted at #1 in the album charts, there is huge support for this local collective.
The Encore Shows will feature the 16-strong 'A Story' cast and will also see the return of some special guests from previous Fly My Pretties shows!
Audience members can expect to experience the full first half of 'A Story' complete with everyone's favourite narrator Dick Weir, and a super extended second set of Fly My Pretties classics.
These are the only booked shows, there will be no more announced so grab your brothers and sisters and be there to sing along and enjoy A Story one last time!

Jason Kerrison Ft. Sammy
Hickson
Congratulations to Sammy Hickson, the 15 year old
student from Christchurch whose poem 'You Just Can't See It'
was selected by Jason Kerrison as the 'Best Lyric' in the
2009 New Zealand Post National Schools Poetry
Awards.
Sammy traveled up to Auckland to meet Jason and hang out in the recording studio. After finding out about her musical talents, Jason got her on the mic to sing backing vocals and play the flute! The result is a sentimental duet about self-belief and individual confidence.
