Diana Krall to Perform at Villa Maria Estate

Grammy award-winning jazz pianist
and singer Diana Krall will be heard through the grape vines
at Villa Maria Estate when she brings her Quiet Nights World
Tour to New Zealand in February.
The Canadian talent
will be joined by New Zealand musicians Madeleine Peyroux
and Melody Gardot and accompanied by the 42-piece Auckland
Philharmonia orchestra, performing beneath the stars at
Villa Maria’s Auckland vineyard on Saturday, February 20,
2010.
Diana Krall is touring New Zealand for the first
time with concert promoters ‘A Day on the Green’ in
support of her twelfth album, Quiet Nights.
A Day on
the Green is a successful series of outdoor winery concerts
throughout Australia and New Zealand. This will be the
fourth consecutive year that Villa Maria has teamed with A
Day on the Green to combine quality music, fine wine, food
and location for an unforgettable concert-going
experience.
