THE NEW MIGRATION – Sunday November 28 at 8.00 PM
A documentary series that follows six individuals as they pack up their lives in the city to move back with their families to their tribal roots. They’ve given up a lot – lifestyle, careers, friends – so will it be everything they dreamed? Tonight: Out of necessity, Kiley Nepia became the kaikorero for his marae while just a teenager.

KORERO-A-IWI – Sunday November 28 at 8.30 PM
A series of iwi profiles, exploring the origins and futures of some iwi throughout Aotearoa. Tonight: The early history of Ngapuhi, waka, tipuna and various land marks within their tribal rohe.

STEAL ME (SUNDAY FEATURE) – Sunday November 22 at 9.00 PM
Fifteen-year-old Jake goes on a quest to Montana to find his missing mother, and on the way he meets the close-knit Tucker family. They welcome him into their lives, but Jake has a dodgy past, and his rebellious tendencies soon emerge. He steals, allows himself to be seduced by the next door neighbour, courts the mother of the house, plays cupid to the Tucker son’s first love affair, and leads general mayhem throughout the community. A story about stealing radios, cars, and hearts written and directed by Melissa Painter.

100 YEARS OF SILENCE (INTERNATIONAL DOCO) – Monday November 23 at 8.30 PM
One hundred years ago, the Herero people of Namibia were nearly exterminated by German colonial soldiers. In this documentary, Georgina, whose great-grandmother was raped by one of the soldiers, confronts the terrible truths of the past.

BREAKERS NBL – Thursday November 26 at 8.30 PM, repeats Saturday November 28 at 2.00 PM
Get behind the NZ Breakers with free-to-air coverage of the Australian National Basketball League 2009-2010 season. Tonight: NZ Breakers v Cairns Taipans at the North Shore Events Centre.

FREESTYLE – Friday November 27 at 8.30 PM
The fashion show that encourages viewers to embrace their own sense of style. Tonight: Te Kohe meets designer Aroha Wikotu, and the team comes up with some useful tips to feel confident about getting back in to the workforce.

OCTOBER’S CRY (SATURDAY FEATURE) – Saturday November 28 at 9.00 PM
A political documentary about the Arab citizens of Israel, and their struggle for equal rights. In October 2000, many Arabs rioted, to express their solidarity with the Palestinian struggle. Fourteen were killed and hundreds more were wounded. Pressure from civil rights activists pressured the government to set up an inquiry, and the findings, three years later, sparked fresh demands for justice.
