Million Bank Account Boost for Lotto Winner in Manukau
One lucky player who bought a ticket
in Papatoetoe will now have an early Christmas present of
one million in their bank accounts, as they have won Lotto
First Division this weekend, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief
Executive, Todd McLeay.
Their winning ticket was sold at
Papatoetoe Plaza Lotto in Manukau and is the sole winner of
Lotto’s First Division.
After being struck last week in
Auckland, Lotto Powerball has jackpotted this week, and will
be worth an estimated $4 million in next Saturday’s
draw.
Lotto Strike was also struck by just one player, who wins $100,000. The ticket was sold at Matamata Video Ezy.
Meanwhile, Nicola McCarthy from South Canterbury was tonight’s other big winner after spinning up $100,000 on Lotto’s Winning Wheel.
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was won by a player who bought their ticket from Broadway Paper Plus, Kaikohe. The serial number is 559-65128456-20XX.
“Anyone who bought a ticket at any of these winning retailers should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it as soon as possible,” Mr McLeay says.
