THE DAILY SHOW
Premieres on Monday 5th April @ 10:30pm
When you need a fair, unbiased spin on the news, look no further than Jon Stewart and “The Best F**king News Team Ever” as they bring you what you need to know unburdened by objectivity, journalistic integrity or even accuracy.
The Daily Show’s combination of satirical news pieces laden with biting social commentary and its irreverent taped field pieces alongside more serious interviews with in-studio guests has been acclaimed by audiences and critics alike; who knew a “fake” news show could scoop both Emmys and Peabody Awards in its run?
Tune in to The Daily show with Jon Stewart WEEKNIGHTS at 10.30pm starting Monday 5th April

THE COLBERT REPORT
Premieres on Monday 5th April @ 11pm
Tired of being in Jon
Stewart’s shadow, Stephen Colbert decided
to go his own way and present his kind of show;
standing for “truthiness, justice and the right-wing
American way.”
The Colbert Report
satirizes the cult of Fox News commentators – gung-ho in
approach with a penchant for taking on any problem with
neo-liberalism and partisan media coverage including his
former employers at The Daily Show.
The Colbert Report continues the trend set by The Daily Show earning Stephen Colbert Emmy and Peabody awards, while being cited as “The Best Show of The Year” by Entertainment Weekly.
Tune in to The Colbert Report WEEKNIGHTS at 11.00pm starting Monday 5th April

TOSH.O – COMEDY CENTRAL EXCLUSIVE
Premieres on Monday 26th April @ 8pm
With his razor-sharp wit and biting commentary, comedian Daniel Tosh once again bungs together the incredibly clever and sometimes absurd entries from the internet with the second season of Tosh.0, a Comedy Central exclusive.
With highlights such as “viral videos of the week”, various tweet-wars between celebs and gossip columnists alike and some well-known faces in the entertainment industry premiering their own videos, Tosh.0 acts as your homepage and search engine for the best and worst of the Information Superhighway.
Tune in to the World Wide Web weirdness as observed by Tosh.O each week with Daniel Tosh at 8.00pm starting Monday 26th April

RICHARD PRYOR MONTH
During the Month of April each “Thursday Night Movie” features Richard Pryor front and center.
Thursday April 8th @ 8:30pm
Brewsters’ Millions
Thursday April 15th @ 8:30pm Stir Crazy
Thursday April 22nd @ 8:30pm See No Evil, Hear No Evil
Thursday April 29th @ 8:30pm Richard Pryor Live on Sunset Strip
Every Thursday in
April, Comedy Central dedicates one night of every week to a
man who consistently tops Comedy Central polls. Foul
mouthed, racially charged, controversial. He’s all of
this, yet remains one of “the greatest stand up comedians
of all time” having paved the way for comics such as Chris
Rock, Dave Chapelle and Martin Lawrence.
“Brewsters Millions”, “Stir Crazy”, “See No Evil, Hear No Evil” play in the following weeks leading up to his acclaimed show “Live on Sunset Strip” – one of the defining moments not only for Richard Pryor’s career but for comedy films as a whole. As we approach the fifth anniversary of Pryor’s death, we stand and salute a true comedy genius in April.
Tune in each Thursday evening throughout the month of April to see one of the most respected, influential and above all else beloved comedians of all time.
