The Height of the Eiffel Tower

The Height of the Eiffel Tower
Coming to your house from April 12, 2010

Bored but can’t be bothered leaving the house? Have dinner and a show at home!

The Height of the Eiffel Tower takes theatre out of the theatre by bringing it to your door. Watch it live and uninterrupted at your house with your friends and your set – and all for a good cause.

The Height of the Eiffel Tower, a one-woman show, written and performed by Morgana O'Reilly and directed by Abigail Greenwood, has been invited to appear into the prestigious New York Fringe Festival in August.

This 40-minute comedy, about a Kiwi family falling apart at the seams and a mother desperately trying to keep it together, is touring New Zealand homes in order to raise the money to get it there.

First appearing at the Auckland Fringe festival last year to rave reviews, it went on to be performed in London, Paris, Amsterdam, New York and Nevada.

Now is your chance to see it in the comfort of your own home - invite some friends around, have a meal and a drink, get comfortable on your own couch and watch a show in your living room.

No paying for parking. No over-priced theatre wine. No leaving the house.
The most affordable entertainment in your home costs just $15 a head for parties of six or fewer and for parties of seven or more it’s koha – give what you can.
