Introducing Special Agent Ellie Conway
PRESS RELEASE
New Zealand author, Cat Connor introduces the Special Agent Ellie Conway series of crime fiction novels
June 29, 2010 (MMD Newswire) -- Cat Connor, the New Zealand based author, and creator of the Ellie Conway series of crime thrillers is currently taking the literary world by storm. Her first novel, Killerbyte has achieved the number two position on MobiPocket, and her second book, Terrorbyte, is making several appearances in the top ten ranking.
With a new and exciting voice, Cat Connor introduces Ellie Conway, an FBI Agent who challenges the rules with her attitude and her sense of the ridiculous in Killerbyte - a serial murder case connected with Ellie's internet poetry chat room. With a litter of bodies 'presented' in unexpected places, Killerbyte is a provocatively bizarre and entertaining dance. Ellie, with the aid of Mac Connelly, must track down a seemingly motiveless and ghost-like murderer, who defies detection.
In Terrorbyte, Connor's second novel in the series, Ellie Conway is back: wisecracking, kicking ass and using her psycho-prophetic talents to grapple with a murderer with ulterior motives, secreted behind a series of grotesque crimes. Connor's third novel Exacabyte is due for release by the end of the year.
What others have had to say: Of Killerbyte: "In all, I found Killerbyte to be an excellent read. The tension created by the suspense is so heavy as to be almost tangible, the action is both exciting and gruesome, and the mystery is extremely well-executed. Add to this Ms. Connor's polished and enjoyable writing style, and you have a book that is almost guaranteed to please." The Book Wenches
Of Terrorbyte: "Terrorbyte drew me in immediately and kept me intrigued and fully involved throughout the entire novel. It made me think, alternately amused and saddened me, and impressed me with its intelligent and well-crafted narrative."
The BookWenches "I love these books, they are the perfect literary answer to NCIS, Bones, Criminal Minds and so on." Un:Bound
