Grease: The Game hits New Zealand

Get ready to step back in time to the fabulous ‘50s in this upcoming exciting dancing/singing party game that evokes everything that you remember about the Paramount Pictures iconic film Grease.

In Grease: The Game players will not only sing and dance to 16 of the movie’s iconic songs, they will also engage in all kinds of party fun alongside Frenchie, Kenickie, Rizzo and the rest of the Pink Ladies and T-Birds There are a number of pick-up-and-play mini-games for the whole family including drag races down Thunder Road against the Scorpions, sports competitions to win a letterman jacket, carnival games at the Rydell Graduation carnival and even pillow fights with the Pink Ladies.

Compatible with the Wii Balance Board™ and up to two USB Nintendo compatible microphones, Grease: The Game allows up to eight players to compete in two teams for musical domination at Rydell High in Party Mode. In Story Mode, players can fix up Greased Lightnin’ or try to win Sandy’s affections with their incredible dance moves.

The DS and DSi versions of the game will test players’ rhythm skills as they tap to the beat of 10 beloved “Grease” songs as they follow Sandy and Danny on their high school journey. Players can also use the camera function of the Nintendo DSi™ to get in the game by uploading their face to their favourite character.

Music, dancing, highlights from the movie and interactive mini games make this a must-have title for fun nights in with friends or family. Grease: The Game is not just a game for parties; it’s a game that’s an excuse for a party!

Grease: The Game will hand jive hop onto store shelves at all leading gaming retailers from September 16 in New Zealand.
