TV3 Quake News Coverage

3 NEWS QUAKE COVERAGE CONTINUES

Two minutes silence will be observed today at 12.51pm as we remember those who have lost their lives in the Christchurch Quake.

Hilary Barry is back at 4.00pm today with a 3 News bulletin that has live coverage up until the 6pm News bulletin. This will continue for the remainder of the week.

3 News will continue at 6pm with stories live from the quake scene in Christchurch, with our reporters on the ground including Mike McRoberts and Alistair Wilkinson.

John Campbell will return at 7pm with Campbell Live from Christchurch.

Rachel Smalley will also be live from Christchurch with the Nightline bulletin later in the evening, at 10.30pm.

The 3 News special morning bulletins will also remain on air this week, with Sacha McNeil updating viewers with all of the developments as they unfold from 6.00am-8-30am.

A special silent tribute video montage will be available on the homepage of all our websites at 12.51pm today.

It will be two minutes in duration to both reconnect New Zealanders to the destruction and devastation that gripped Christchurch a week ago, and remains today.

For help people are urged to call 0800 RED CROSS (733 276 77).
