The Idea of Awesome

And so we come to the end of another Fringe Festival - it's been a pretty full on theatre time across Wellington, and I somehow managed to see 17 shows around the city and somehow retained my sanity. We are also stoked that the Pit Bar Earthquake Relief Fund made over $400! So we will be sending that Christchurch way later today.

Of course, things don't stop at BATS just because the Festival is over! The Idea of America is currently packing in, and we can barely move for all the confetti cannons lying about the place... We are really excited to host the Wellington premiere of this acclaimed New Zealand play, so make sure you get along to check it out. Equal parts hilarious and heartbreaking, and featuring some top notch talent.

See you at the theatre!
