Comedy Convoy Confirmed for Christchurch!

The 2011 NZ International Comedy Festival

The roaming Comedy Convoy, which begins it’s tour across New Zealand on May 17th, will again be rolling into Christchurch on Wednesday, May 25th!

Plans were put on hold after the February earthquake damaged most of the cities’ theatres - but the show must go on and organisers are pleased to announce an 8pm show at the Aurora Centre, Burnside High.

Performers on tour with the Convoy were passionate about bringing some laughs to the quake-stricken region; and the Festival itself has come to the party, discounting tickets for this show from $45 to a mere $25 (plus booking fee).

Join Canterbury old boys Jarred Christmas (host, UK/NZ), The Boy With Tape On His Face (NZ) and their comedy cohorts Rhys Mathewson (NZ), Carey Marx (UK) and Felicity Ward (AUS) for this very special night of laughs, as part of the NZ International Comedy Festival!
