Win a private screening at the Roxy with Visa Platinum
Offering Kiwis the chance to get up close and personal with some of New Zealand's most exciting personalities, the Visa Platinum Facebook page is regularly hosted by national icons - offering personal insights and exclusive money-can't-buy experiences.
Fresh from Dick and Otis Frizzell's stint on the Visa Platinum Facebook page, the task has now been handed over to the charismatic film critic, Kate Rodger.
Kate Rodger is TV3's Entertainment Reporter, Film3 Reviewer and host of New Zealand's only locally-produced film show Reel Late with Kate. As a self-confessed film addict, Kate fuels this addiction by traversing the globe in search of good cinema, film news, interviews and reviews. She admits it's all about film; watching films, reviewing films, talking film, blogging film, all while attending film festivals, film premieres, film sets and film awards around the world.
For the month of July, Visa Platinum cardholders can win a private VIP screening for six people at the newly re-opened Roxy Theatre in Wellington.
In addition to this Kate has five double passes to the following Visa supported movies as part of the NZ Film Festival, The First Grader, The Salt of Life, and Medianeras, along with six copies of New Zealand Film an Illustrated History
Platinum People launched in May with Kiwi Chef, Peter Gordon, sharing daily updates on food and wine, along with some of his favourite recipes. Last month's winner won a trip for two to Hawke's Bay with a personal tour of the Frizzell studio, lunch with Dick and Otis at Black Barn Vineyard, and the opportunity to take home a piece of art valued up to $1,000.
The July winner will be announced on the Visa Platinum Facebook page on Monday 8 August 2011.
