Black + White Joins Sponsors Of NBL Champion Breakers

New team sponsors Black + White are relishing the great start by the champion Skycity Breakers basketball team in their bid to defend the Australian NBL title.

The Breakers continued their great early season form by thumping the Sydney Kings 98-61 at the weekend – their third consecutive win in as many games this season.

Black + White are pleased to announce they are the new telecommunications partner for the SKYCITY Breakers.

“It is exciting to be on board as a partner with such a successful team as the Breakers and we are proud to put our name alongside them,” said Black + White managing director Johnathan Eele.

“I believe Black + White is a good fit as a sponsor for the Breakers as we share a lot of values and have a similar approach to the way we do things,” Mr Eele said.

“The Breakers are innovative and always looking to find ways to do things better which is just like us,” he said. “Both brands are successful and strive for the best at what we do.”

“Entering a sponsorship arrangement with the Breakers shows the commitment Black + White has to supporting sport in New Zealand,” Mr Eele said.

“This sponsorship provides us with a platform to build the Black + White brand in new directions and add value to our customers,” he said.

Skycity Breakers general manager Richard Clarke welcomed Black + White on board as sponsors.

“Already Black + White are changing the way we do things to make us more efficient and effective,” says Clarke.
