F in Math - ‘Aether Teens’ Video

For Immediate Release: Thursday 4th November 2011

F IN MATH - ‘AETHER TEENS’ VIDEO
On the eve of touring New Zealand with Alphabethead, as part of the Flying Nun 30th Anniversary, F IN MATH releases a new single and video for the track AETHER TEENS from his ‘Couch EP’ released earlier this year.

The video, directed by Simon Ward (Disasteradio, Bang Bang Eche, Golden Axe), features, in our humble opinion, some of the best animal costume dancing in a long time. See for yourself here:

With the aim of making a video that was fast and fun, Simon Ward and Michael Logie dusted off some old video gear, pulled down a green screen, gathered a bunch of friends and shot it over a few successive nights. Before locking himself in a dark room to work on the animation and video effects - all the while listening to new age music. Why? All in the effort to recreate life's never ending party beneath the aether sea. It might be a life full of crap but at least you can still have fun.

F IN MATH and Alphabethead launch their NZ tour this weekend in Christchurch and Dunedin – see all dates below:
