NZ Fashion Weekend is set to be bigger and better than ever before on Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th of September 2012.

Following on from the hotly anticipated New Zealand Fashion Week trade event, NZ Fashion Weekend offers stunning catwalk shows, seminars, beauty, discounted designer shopping, giveaways, DJ’s, stylish bars, and an exclusive VIP bar, all across two full days.

Situated at the beautiful Viaduct Events Centre for the second year running, Fashion Weekend is the place to experience the thrilling buzz and energy of Fashion Week and promises to provide something for everyone, with the most exciting line up to date!

NZFW Brand Manager Myken Stewart says of this year’s event.
“With so much going on this year, we needed the full weekend to fit everything in. It has allowed us to break up the vibe across the event too, with a younger feel on the Saturday and slightly more mature on the Sunday. We’ve kept all the favourite picks from last year’s schedule like the New Zealand Weddings Magazine Collection and Phoenix Cosmetics Show, and added some exciting designers and seminars You’ll also see other fantastic brands like KMS, Body Shop, Orly and QVS showcased around the venue too.”

Fashionistas will be excited to see designer labels Ruby and Liam on the runway at NZ Fashion Weekend, as well as Trelise Cooper which includes a very special Q&A with Trelise herself. Another addition to the Weekend schedule is much loved fashion brand Moochi.

Making it even more accessible to the public, the NZ Fashion Weekend price will drop to just $15.00 which will provide guests with an allocated seat to a show or seminar. Plus check out the Designer Garage Sale, enjoy the day with friends at the fabulous bars listening to the sounds of GeorgeFM DJ’s, and make the most of the fun activations happening on ground floor. Brands onsite include the Samsung Experience, QVS eyelash bar, Magic Tan nail bar, Eco-Store Experience, Bodyshop make-up, you the Remix ‘Custom Cover’ photo booth and KMS Hair Styling.
