Rachel Hunter to host CRT Ladies Nights

Rachel Hunter to host CRT Ladies Nights

There’s nothing quite like a CRT Ladies Night, and every year the events held around the South Island are sold out well in advance. In 2012, tickets are again set to go like hot cakes thanks to the calibre of the MC and host the co-operative has secured in super model, actress, fashion designer, reality TV presenter and Kiwi legend, Rachel Hunter.

Rachel has long been a New Zealand icon; in fact the Listener magazine once listed her as one of the country’s top 20 emblems and icons ahead of the likes of Swanndris, jandals and the L&P bottle. She had the honour of being the only person to make the list.

With her respected reputation, Rachel was the perfect fit for this year’s Ladies Nights theme - fashion and beauty. She has returned home to New Zealand from her base in Los Angeles to host the events being held in October and November, while also acting as a judge on New Zealand’s Got Talent.

This year’s events are aimed at pampering guests and a glass of wine on arrival complemented by a buffet dinner will be coupled with great entertainment; guests will learn how to style themselves to fit their body shape, and they’ll get hair and makeup tips and tricks from Rachel and other top local professionals. Rachel will also be engaging guests with personal life stories that will encourage and inspire.

Thirty lucky women at each Ladies Night will enjoy special pre-event VIP treatment, getting the chance to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks with Rachel and other influential speakers, reserved seating at the event and early shopping opportunities.

CRT’s events manager Helen Shrewsbury is thrilled that CRT has such a significant New Zealander as the host for the 2012 Ladies Nights. “We are very lucky to have someone of the calibre of Rachel involved in this year’s Ladies Nights. Her judging role with New Zealand’s Got Talent meant she was already in New Zealand at the exact time we were planning the Ladies Nights and the match couldn’t have been better!” she said.

“We’ve always get great feedback from CRT shareholders about Ladies Nights, so this year we wanted to again guarantee them a brilliant night our full of big laughs, big fun and a chance to win some fabulous prizes.”
