Band of the Royal Marines - Blenheim concert - Sunday 29th September

Good morning,

Please find attached details of the Band of the Royal Marines, all the way from the UK, who are coming to New Zealand to perform just four concerts. 

We are lucky enough to be holding a concert in Blenheim on Sunday 29th September 2013 at the Marlborough Convention Centre between 12:00 – 1:30pm.

Blenheim is their only South Island stop in their NZ tour, with the other concerts being held in Auckland, Wellington & Wanganui.

This truly is a once in a lifetime, one-off event.  We are endeavouring to make this a true community concert, with ticket prices just $15 per person & $30 for a family pass (2 adults + 2 children under 15 yrs of age).

Any proceeds (after costs) will be going to charities – The Marlborough Hospice [www.marlboroughhospice.org.nz] & ‘Help for Heroes’ [www.helpforheroes.org.uk].

This event is being organised between the Marlborough District Council and The British High Commission in Wellington.
