Home & Garden Show Timed for Spring Makeovers
Home & Garden Show Timed for Spring Makeovers
Each year the Home & Garden Show brings the latest trends, huge variety and impressive savings to Rotorua - and this year is no different. Timed to coincide with spring makeover projects, it will again provide inspiration and advice for those intent on beautifying their surroundings. For three days from 1-3 November, over 130 exhibitors will gather at the Energy Events Centre to provide a one-stop event for anyone building, renovating or revamping.
Show organiser, Daniel Joll, says, “With kitchens, decorating, lighting, barbeques, plants, outdoor furniture and much, much more on offer, there’s something to suit every budget and taste. Better still, many of the products and services will be at special show-only prices. Whether visitors are in the midst of a project or just want to seek ideas and advice, we’ve got it covered. They can bring along their plans to discuss with the experts onsite, browse for home makeover accessories, or simply gather ideas. We will be providing free daily seminars on kitchens, solar solutions, painting and gardening.”
As part of the show prize, one lucky show visitor will walk away with $2,000 worth of massage equipment, courtesy of OSIM. This comprises a soothing foot massager, plus a variety of neck, shoulder and back massage solutions. They will also receive $1,500 worth of Resene vouchers, to be spent on Resene paint, wallpaper or curtains. Show-goers can enter their details at the show entrance to qualify for the chance to win.
Anyone who registers at the NZ Travel Brokers stand will be in to win a seven-night trip for two to Rarotonga, staying at the fabulous Crown Beach Resort & Spa. It includes return economy class flights with Air New Zealand, daily cooked breakfasts, two 30-minute massages, an Island Night Buffet & Cultural show and return airport transfers.
More FM Rotorua will provide family fun and entertainment with its DIY competition from 10 am to 2 pm on the Saturday and Sunday of the Show, where competitors can pit their skills against the clock and each other in DIY races. There will also be games, activities and prizes for children.
