Confirms Passenger as Final Special Guest for Aus/NZ Stadium Tour, Joining Rudimental & Foy Vance


Rounding out an incredible group of talent, Frontier Touring can confirm that much-loved singer-songwriter Passengerwill be joining the already announced special guestsRudimental and Foy Vance for Ed Sheeran’s stadium tour of Australia and New Zealand this summer.

Mike Rosenberg, better known as Passenger, has been a close friend and frequent collaborator of Ed Sheeran since the pair first met almost ten years ago. While on tour together, they have performed countless duets including a version of Passenger’s ‘Heart’s On Fire’ and an amazing mash-up of ‘No Diggity’ and ‘Thrift Shop’.

As well as supporting Sheeran on his sold out 2013 tour of Australia and New Zealand, the Brit Award-nominated performer has played countless sold-out headline tours of his own here since 2009, gaining a dedicated and ever-multiplying fan base along the way.

The man behind ‘Let Her Go’, one of 2013’s most successful songs globally which has been streamed close to 320 million times on Spotify, Passenger’s evocative songwriting shares intimate yet universal stories that come alive in concert. Armed with an acoustic guitar, his signature raspy vocals and hilarious on-stage banter, Passenger has won the hearts of audiences the world over.

His sixth studio album Whispers II (out now independently through Black Crow Records) was released earlier this month, with all profits from every album sale going directly to UNICEF. More than £50,000 has been donated from pre-orders alone.
