Baboom for Artists

Baboom is a direct-to-fan music market place for artists to connect with their fans, promote, stream and sell their music. Artists control their content by choosing how they would like to share and monetize their music. Income is paid directly and can be split at source. Artists can choose between Baboom standard or pro accounts, opt in or out of streaming and sell downloads at their chosen price.

What is a Standard Artist package?
The standard package is free. Baboom takes 30% of gross revenue for downloads and 30% of net streaming revenue for songs streamed. The artist has access to artist page, music uploads, social media functionality, video API, basic analytics, and the widget.

What is a Pro Artist package?
The pro package has a monthly fee of $10AUD. Baboom takes 10% of gross revenue for downloads and 10% of net streaming revenue for songs streamed. The artist can connect with premium fans and receives all the functionality of the standard package plus a ticketing solution and advanced analytics.

Discover new music from around the world and engage directly with the artists you love. When you buy a download, know that the distribution is going directly to the artist. When you subscribe to Baboom’s premium fan package, know that your subscription goes directly to the artists you stream. Upload your music collection to your private locker and mix it with the music on Baboom.

What is a Standard Fan package?
The standard package has no monthly subscription fee, gives you streaming (if enabled by the artist) in MP3 or FLAC, is available on all devices (mobile & web) but has a 100-song personal locker limit for songs that you have uploaded from your personal collection or added from Baboom. The 100-song limit excludes songs that you purchase on Baboom.

What is a Premium Fan package?
The premium package has a monthly subscription fee of $10AUD. You receive all the standard package functionality plus access to premium only content, premium following exclusives and an unlimited personal locker capacity for songs that you have uploaded from your personal collection, added from or purchased on Baboom.
