A Chance to Ride ‘Shotgun’ with Hayden Paddon

A Chance to Ride ‘Shotgun’ with Hayden Paddon

Z is giving one lucky customer and a friend the chance to take a drive on the ‘wild side’ with World Championship Rally driver Haydon Paddon with a ten minute ‘blat’ around Geraldine Forest.

Z has partnered with Hayden for over three years and in that time he has made huge progress on the world stage. Last week he secured his fifth top-five finish in the 2015 World Rally Championship event on the WRC Tour de Corse.

Z’s General Manager Retail, Mark Forsyth, said that Z wanted to make this opportunity as widely available as possible so is running the competition through its Facebook page until Sunday 18 October.

“Hayden’s top-five result has moved him into eighth place on the WRC Drivers’ Championships points table so having him back in New Zealand and willing to give up his time to provide two people the ride of a lifetime is a real privilege – one we wanted to make available to as many people as possible,“ Mark said.

One lucky entrant and a friend will each have a ten minute rally ride in the Geraldine Forest on 28 Novemberwith the winner receiving flights for two if they live outside of Canterbury.
Mark said that Z started supporting Hayden’s demanding world rally circuit campaign in June 2012.

“Hayden isn’t just an outstanding Kiwi driver, he’s also an outstanding young Kiwi, and we’re proud to have been able to help him make progress on the world rally stage.

“In return Hayden has helped Z promote the ZX Premium fuel and its benefits for high performance engines,” Mark said.

To enter visit: z.co.nz/rally before Sunday 18 October.
