Home Improvement Favourites at Taupo Home & Garden Show
Home Improvement Favourites at Taupo Home & Garden
Show
The Taupo Home & Garden Show is bulging at the
seams, with 140 exhibitors eager to showcase the latest
innovations and ideas in home improvement. Over three days
from 1-3 April, visitors to the Great Lake Centre will
preview the hottest trends for indoors and out, along with
impressive show specials that they won’t see anywhere
else. They will also find all they need for any renovation
or building project – including inspiration and advice
from industry experts on two of the most popular areas of
home improvement.
Show organiser, Daniel Joll, says “We have a good line-up of kitchens and outdoor products, which we know are two categories that visitors always express an interest in. But with so much variety from so many exhibitors, there really will be something for every taste and budget. It’s an event that is inspirational, informative and leaves visitors brimming with ideas on what is possible in their own homes and gardens.”
“Landscaping, plants, kitchens, furniture, bathrooms, appliances and solar energy will all feature at the show, along with heating, insulation, double glazing - and everything in between. Visitors are invited to bring along their plans and discuss them with the experts on site, or simply turn up and prepare to be inspired!”
The show prize is a $6,999 Tempur queen delux mattress and bed base from Tempur NZ and Danske Mobler Taupo. To enter, show visitors should insert their details into one of ten computer terminals on arrival. The winner will be announced on More FM Taupo early the following week.
Free daily talks from industry professionals will be provided through the ‘Transform Your Space’ seminar series. These will give hot tips and advice on gardening, kitchens, choosing colour and solar energy. An alfresco food court will allow show-goers to rest and refuel while they soak up all that is on offer. The Resene Paint-a-Pot (kids) and Paint-a-Home (adults) will provide family fun on Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 2pm.
