TV3 Wins Sunday Night Again With The Block NZ And Westside

TV3 Wins Sunday Night Again With The Block NZ And Westside, Paul Henry And Family Feud Continue To Perform

The Block NZ: Girls vs Boys and Westside contributed to TV3 once again winning Sunday night in a number of demographics, the channel securing the highest audience amongst 25-54, 18-39 and 18-49 year olds.

Both The Block NZ and Westside continued their success, winning their respective timeslots in 25-54, 18-39 and 18-49 demographics.

Blockaholics passion for the show was also evident earlier in the week, with the programme winning its timeslot on Wednesday with viewers in 25-54, 18-39 and 18-49.

Paul Henry continues to deliver strong results for the network, outperforming its competitor Breakfast on Tuesday and Friday last week in its target demographic of 25-54.

Beloved local gameshow and 5.30pm news lead-in Family Feud has done similarly well, out-rating TVONE’s The Chase across all four key demographics (25-54, 18-39, 18-49 and Household Shoppers with Kids) on both Monday and Tuesday night.

While Jono & Ben and 7 Days are on hiatus, TV3 continues to keep its Friday night line-up fresh with The Graham Norton Show winning its timeslot in 25-54, and the announcement of Kiwi professional boxing showcase event Big Bash Boxing screening LIVE and free-to-air at 9.30pm on July 1.

Headlined by a NZPBA title fight between Gunnar “The Stunna” Jackson – a fighter who went 10 rounds with Anthony Mundine in 2014 – and NZNBF middleweight champion “Iron” Mose Auimatagi Jnr, the Big Bash Boxing card promises a night of explosive action.
