After delighting Wellington audiences with twelve incredible shows, Disney On Ice presents Magical Ice Festival will be travelling north this week, opening in Auckland this Thursday night!

Weaving together two classic and two modern Disney tales, the characters of The Little Mermaid, Tangled, Beauty and the Beast, andFrozen will be coming to life on the ice in this enchanting show that has something for everyone.

Packing four beloved stories into the two hour spectacle, producer Nicole Feld says this year’s Disney On Ice show is the most exciting yet. “The most exciting aspect of this show is that each of the princesses is so defiant in their own way, and they each have such a natural and exuberant personality that comes forward. We’ve really showcased that, not just in the way that the characters in the stories unfold, but in the athleticism that each of these skaters brings to the portrayal of these characters.”

Disney On Ice presents Magical Ice Festival will be at Vector Arena in Auckland from Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th August, before heading to Hamilton’s Claudelands Arena between Wednesday 10th and Sunday 14th August, and closing in Christchurch at Horncastle Arena from Thursday 18th to Sunday 21st August.
