Tour to see Steven Adams in Oklahoma

Kiwi sports fans have the opportunity to travel to Oklahoma City next February to see our very own Steven Adams play two games in front of the Thunder home crowd at Chesapeake Arena.

Travel company Global Sports & Events has just released a unique five-night tour package to Oklahoma that promises to be a memorable experience.

The package is limited to 100 people and will take in OKC Thunder games against the LA Lakers on Friday 24 February and New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday 26 February.

“We are working with the OKC Thunder who are very much looking forward to welcoming the team’s Kiwi fans and treating us to a memorable NBA experience,” says Global Sports & Events Director Joelle Talbot.

“Fans will enjoy hospitality before the matches as well as the opportunity to experience the arena during a pre-game warm-up. There’s also the chance to see the OKC Blue, an NBA Development League team based in Oklahoma City, play at the Cox Center Arena, so our group will be lucky enough to take in three nights of basketball.”

“The people of Oklahoma are very passionate about their team and no doubt the atmosphere at the Thunder’s home, Chesapeake Arena, will be electric.”

The group will also have time to explore Oklahoma City and enjoy the great dining and nightlife on offer in Bricktown.

Packages are $4,995 per person twin share including return economy flights. To book visit www.globalsportsandevents.com or call 09 979 5080.
