Live Laughs returns to Johnsonville

Live Laughs returns to Johnsonville

The Johnsonville Club hosts its first Live Laughs show for 2017 with another comedy showcase featuring NZ's top performers. This month's show headlined by the wonderful Michele A'Court.

Michele A'Court - New Zealand's female comedian of the decade (NZ Comedy Guild Awards). The incomparable Michele has entertained audiences around the world including recent shows in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Vancouver, Victoria and Toronto. She has performed at comedy festivals in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Melbourne and Adelaide; and entertained NZ and international troops in East Timor. A comedy icon!

With MC Justine Smith, Best MC NZ Comedy Guild Awards 2016. Justine is recognised for her appearances on everything from the Comedy Gala and AotearoHA to her recent appearance on TV3's After Hours and as a panelist on TV3's 7 Days and as a writer on Rhys Darby’s Short Poppies. A leading light of New Zealand comedy, Justine is just as comfortable in a theatre or a local bar.

Support act Brad Zimmerman - Tawa local Brad Zimmerman has performed all over New Zealand and the UK, including the Wellington Opera House, the London Comedy Store, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. His topics of choice come primarily from life experiences; ranging from travel adventures to his marriage and fatherhood, and his frustration with the common stupid person (himself).

Early bookings recommended.
