This Comedy Fest we’re bringing you some of our favourite comedy podcasts live. Aunty Donna, The Spinoff and the Little Empire Network of Boners of the Heart, Walk Out Boys, Worst Idea of All Time and The Male Gayz will entertain fans as they record their latest episodes at Basement Theatre over the three weekends of Comedy Fest.
Who's hot? They're hot. With over 142k YouTube subscribers and nearly 20 million views, Aunty Donna are one of the most sought after comedy acts in the world right now. Before touring Australia, the US and Canada, Aunty Donnabring their brand new show to Auckland’s Comedy Fest. They are also giving their fans a glimpse behind the scenes as they record their latest podcast episode on Saturday 6 May at 3pm.
The Little Empire Network houses the podcasts of some of New Zealand’s best, young comedians. Guy Montgomery and Tim Batt bring you The Worst Idea of All Time, Rose Matafeo and Alice Snedden reunite for Boners of the Heart, Nic Sampson and Joseph Moore will see half a movie and make the rest of it up in Walk Out Boys and Chris Parker and Eli Matthewson will attempt to be better gays and better friends in The Male Gayz.
The Spinoff, are doing a special Comedy Fest podcast talking about what's been happening at Fest, shows you've got to see and talking to comedian guests.
