five of Kiwi favourite Married At First Sight Australia
had a strong start on Three, achieving an average rating
of 5.5 and share of 21.4% in the commercially important
25-54 demographic for its first week on-air. Monday
night’s season premiere won its time slot with a 5.6
rating and 23.3% audience share among 25-54s, while
Tuesday’s episode also won with a 5.6 rating and 23% share
in the same demographic.
The AM Show continues to win in the 25-54 demographic, making it the most-watched morning news programme for people aged 25-54 for 2018. After taking a break for Waitangi Day, The AM Show went on to win Wednesday (2.2 rating and 35.7% share) and Thursday mornings (2.0 rating with a 31% share), both in the 25-54 demographic.
Three’s Thursday Action Movie series continues to be popular with its audience. This Means War, starring Reese Witherspoon and Tom Hardy, won its time slot with a 2.4 rating and 14.9% share in the 25-54 demographic.
Three is still the place to be on Friday nights, achieving an average rating of 3.9 and share of 19.2% over the evening, with The Graham Norton Show, 7 Days* and Subject: Dad* all winning their time slots for Kiwis aged 25-54.
