2019 Royal Easter Show and A&P

CONCERT AMONGST THE ARTS Presented by the Royal Easter Show, 2019.

Concert amongst the arts will be held on Saturday 20th April, during the weekend of the Royal Easter Show, 2019.

The well-known and prestigious Concert Amongst the Arts returns with internationally recognised violinist / fiddler MARIAN BURNS andStunning Classical Crossover singer REBECCA NELSON as guest artists, along with the ever-popular Heartstrings, and of course, ROBYN SUTHERLAND, with her golden harp.

Fiddling her way across the world at 100 miles an hour, from the top of the Eiffel Tower to the bottom of the Grand Canyon with the Blarney Castle and the Grand Ole Opry in between, Marian Burns MNZM has been taking the world by storm with her exuberance and passion for music.

Rebecca Nelson holds the rank of Able Musician and has had the honour and privilege of singing at centenary commemorations in Gallipoli, The Somme and Passchendaele. In 2018, she was invited to perform for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles and guests from across The Royal Navy for a shipmate’s reunion at Highgrove House.

Robyn Sutherland is a harp player and singer. She has been likened to, Enya, Loreena McKennit and Eva Cassidy and her repertoire is coloured by her love of Celtic song, Medieval and Early music. Robyn also writes her own songs and instrumentals. She plays a 30 string Camac DHC gold carbon fibre harp, specially made for her in France.
