HP launches imagiNATION Photography Competition
to New Zealand students
AUCKLAND, 2 May, 2006 – HP New Zealand is taking a look at how secondary school students see New Zealand, with the launch of its imagiNATION Photography Competition, from May 2.
Designed to spark students’ imaginations about what New Zealand means to them, the competition will get students to use photography to convey their thoughts and impressions of our country. Together, HP hopes these images will help tell the story of our nation through the eyes of New Zealand youth.
Judging will be undertaken by award-winning New Zealand Herald picture editor John Sefton and Sticky TV’s Sam Wallace - Kiwis who spend each day using images to tell their stories.
The winning entrant will receive a prize designed to support their ongoing education, which will include a new B1801 Compaq Presario Notebook, an HP Photosmart 3110 All-in-One printer, copier, scanner and fax with HP Premium Photo Paper and HP 02 inks.
There are three second prizes of an HP Photosmart 3110 All-in-One with a selection of Original HP Supplies, as well as numerous spot prizes to be won.
In addition, students who enter put their school in with a chance to win a brand new HP DeskJet 9800…
