UCOL Information and Enrolment Day Opens Promising Career Paths

Wanganui people with study plans for the year can get everything organised in one day at the upcoming Whanganui UCOL Information and Enrolment Day.

This Wednesday (28 January) Whanganui UCOL will bring together banks, Studylink, Career Services and Work and Income advisors at the new Matapihi ki te Ao campus on Rutland Street. The organisations will help people find out more information or sign up to the services they will need as a student during the year.

Those interested in study can find out more about the 100 plus UCOL programmes available, and tour the campus to have a look at the facilities available to students. Staff from UCOL will be on hand to help people choose the right qualification for their career path, and to help with enrolment.

Whanganui UCOL Marketing Coordinator, Jess Power, says that More FM will be broadcasting from the campus during the day, and lunch will be provided, so the event will be a lot of fun, as well as a good way to get organised for the year all in one hit.

“Anyone thinking about study is invited to come along and talk to our staff and find out a little bit more about the programmes here, and about us. It should be a great day,” Jess says.
