UCOL Graphic Designers graduate

Twenty five Computer Graphic Design students will celebrate their graduation from the Whanganui School of Design on Friday 14 December.

The ceremony will have an international flavour as seven of the graduands are international students, representing India, Malaysia, China and Japan.

Of the total eligible to graduate, 18 students have successfully completed the Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design, six the Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design (Honours) and one the Graduate Diploma in Animation.

The graduating class held end of year exhibitions as part of UCOL’s annual Artrageous festival last month.

The students use a range of media from book design, typography and illustration to video, animation and website design.

The degrees are jointly conferred by the Whanganui School of Design and the University of Waikato.
