Nearly 400 students enrolled already in University of Canterbury summer courses

Almost 400 students have already enrolled at the University of Canterbury summer courses.

Among the 107 courses this year are Antarctic studies, astronomy research, New Zealand biosecurity issues, rebuilding Christchurch, finance and business, Maori language, the legal system, international humanitarian aid, climate change, fire engineering, earthquake assessment, physics and clinical practice.

The 394 students have so far enrolled in summer courses is slightly higher than last year’s number at a similar time. Dozens of University of Canterbury students will also be undertaking scholarship research projects this summer.
