Marsden School and Proactive ‘Four corners of Health’ join forces

This service will be available to students and staff and the clinic will offer their Four Corners of Health approach alongside specific physiotherapy specialist skills.

“After suffering from an injury, illness or setback, your body’s resilience takes a big hit, says Regional Manager Dr Jessica Povall, “Our four corners of Health model asesses the four most critical factors when it comes to optimising recovery and boosting performance; Physical Function, Sleep, Nutrition and Mindset”.

“Big picture wellbeing is a great approach for our girls and young women”, says Eliott Brookes, Director of Sport at Marsden School, “we are pleased to be able to offer this service to our students and staff. Proactive Physiotherapy has a strong focus on injury prevention and their programme includes Injury Prevention workshops. “We hope our students will take their learnings into their community sport and activities and life beyond school”, says Brookes.
