Pan Pharmaceuticals product recall: No Healtheries products affected

No Healtheries products sold in New Zealand are manufactured by Pan Pharmaceuticals.

Pan Pharmaceuticals has had its manufacturing licence suspended by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia because of concerns about the quality and safety of its products.

The recall does not affect any Healtheries products sold in New Zealand.

All Healtheries' nutritional products are manufactured in New Zealand or Europe in accordance with the:

* New Zealand code of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for the manufacture and distribution of therapeutic goods. * Licence to Manufacture Medicines (Pharmaceutical Licence) * Licence to Manufacture Dairy, Meat and Fish Products (MAF)

New Zealand GMP, which is audited by Medsafe annually, is recognised by the TGA in Australia and other offshore territorial authorities.

All Healtheries products are made from high standard ingredients combined in efficacious dosages that are stringently tested as raw materials throughout the manufacturing process and as a finished product.
