Progress in nurses’ pay talks
The New Zealand Nurses’
Organisation has withdrawn its threat of strike action
following two days negotiations with a mediator in
Wellington.
Spokesman for the DHBs Jim Green says he’s
pleased with progress and talks will resume in two weeks (20
& 21 October).
Mr Green says the mediator will continue to
be involved and no further comment will be made.
