Thunderbirds Mania

Thunderbirds Mania

Thunderbird mania is sweeping the country as Meningitis Trust Thunderbirds badges are literally flying out of The Warehouse stores nationwide. Over 15,000 badges have been sold in less than a week, a phenomenal start to the campaign which runs until the 31st October or until demand results in them selling out!

These exclusive Thunderbirds pin badges are available from The Warehouse stores for only $2 each and are available in five different designs modelled upon Thunderbirds rescue craft 1 through to 5.

General Manager Fiona Colbert is thrilled with this launch and has said “the funds raised through this campaign will enable us to extend the reach and range of the services we provide. We will also be able to begin awarding financial grants to sufferers, allowing us to offer financial as well as emotional support to help people rebuild their lives after meningococcal disease”.

So don’t miss out, visit your nearest The Warehouse as soon as possible to get your limited edition badge and show your support for the excellent work of the Meningitis Trust and remember, Fast Action Saves Lives!

Editor’s Notes For more information about the campaign please contact Nicola Garland at the Meningitis Trust on 09 428 2056.

Meningococcal disease continues to kill more under fives than any other infectious disease.

The Meningitis Trust is New Zealand’s leading meningitis charity and relies on voluntary donations to fund its lifesaving work.
