19/12/05 The helicopter responded to Great Barrier Island and transported a woman with abdominal pain to Auckland City Hospital.

20/12/05 A pregnant woman was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

22/12/05 The helicopter was tasked to Whatipu to search for a missing swimmer. Nothing found.

23/12/05 A male child who had been run over by a vehicle was transported from Helensville to Starship Hospital.

24/12/05 The helicopter responded to Port Waikato and transported a male with chest pain to Middlemore Hospital.

25/12/05 NZ Police tasked the helicopter to Whites Beach to search for a body on the rocks.

25/12/05 Two males both with medical conditions were transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

26/12/05 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.

26/12/05 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a child with a medical condition to Starship Hospital.

26/12/05 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

27/12/05 After suffering chest pain an elderly male was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

28/12/05 NZ Police tasked the helicopter to search for a missing person. Stood down.

28/12/05 The helicopter transferred a male from Whangarei Hospital to Auckland Hospital.

28/12/05 The helicopter was tasked to Kawau Island but due to low cloud the mission was not completed.

29/12/05 An elderly woman who had fallen was transported from Kawau Island to Auckland City Hospital.

29/12/05 A male with a medical condition was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.

29/12/05 The helicopter was tasked to Ahipara, but stood down enroute.

30/12/05 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

30/12/05 After falling from a water-ski a male with numerous injuries was transported from Flaxmill Bay to Waikato Hospital.

30/12/05 A male child with breathing difficulties was transported from Great Barrier Island to Starship Hospital.

30/12/05 The helicopter transferred a female child from Waikato Hospital to Starship Hospital.

30/12/05 The helicopter was originally tasked to Waihi to a male with a medical condition. However due to low cloud he was taken by ambulance to Paeroa and then transported from Paeroa to Auckland City Hospital by helicopter.

31/12/2005 A beacon search was carried out in Whangarei. Nothing found, returned to Mechanics Bay.

31/12/2005 The helicopter responded to Motutapu Island and transported a male who had been free diving to Auckland City Hospital.

31/12/2005 Civil Aviation tasked the helicopter to a beacon search at Dargaville. Beacon was found and deactivated.

31/12/2005 NZ Police tasked the helicopter to a sinking boat at Slipper Island. Stood down enroute.

1/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Kawau Island to a person who had fallen overboard from a boat. Nothing found, stood down.

1/01/2006 After a car v ditch at Ngatea two males were transported to Waikato Hospital.

1/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Eastern Beach to a child who had been swept out to sea. Stood down as it was picked up by Coastguard.

1/01/2006 NZ Police tasked the helicopter to Waiheke Island to a boat on the rocks. On arrival found the boat stuck in the mud so returned to Mechanics Bay.


1/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Fairy Falls Track to a male with a medical condition. Stood down by ambulance control.

2/01/2006 A male with a medical condition was transported from Manaia (Coromandel) to Auckland City Hospital.

2/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Rakino Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.

2/01/2006 A female with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Starship Hospital.

3/01/2006 The helicopter was placed on standby for two people in difficulties in the Orakei Basin. Stood down once they reached the shore.

3/01/2006 Piha Surf Club tasked the helicopter for a visual search of the beach after a person was seen in difficulties. Stood down, person found.

4/01/2006 The helicopter was tasked for a hospital transfer, mission cancelled due to bad weather.

5/01/2006 A beacon search was carried out at Paihia. Beacon located.

5/01/2006 A female with a medical condition and a female child who had fallen and injured her neck were transported from Motutapu Island to Auckland City Hospital and Starship Hospital.

5/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a pregnant woman to Auckland City Hospital.

6/01/2006 A male who had been hit with a bottle in the throat was transported from Pauanui to Auckland City Hospital.


PERIOD BETWEEN 19 December 2005 and 8 January 2006

6/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Pakatoa Bay near Waiheke Island to a male with a medical condition. Stood down, person deceased.

6/01/2006 The helicopter was tasked to Port Fitzroy (Great Barrier Island) to a person suffering a reaction after a bee sting. Patient declined transport to hospital.

6/01/2006 A female with a medical condition was transported from Motutapu Island to Auckland City Hospital.

7/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Whitianga and transported a male with numerous injuries after his vehicle left the road, and an elderly female with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.

7/01/2006 A male child with back pain was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.

7/01/2006 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a female with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
