Home Grown Company to Expand Nationally

Home Grown Company to Expand Nationally

Whangarei company, Company Health Services Limited, is to expand its operation nationally while maintaining strong connections to Northland.

Company Health Services provides total health and safety solutions to a vast array of businesses of all sizes. Services range from a pick and mix approach such as workplace vaccinations and pre-employment medicals through to full turn-key Health and Safety solutions across multiple high risk workplaces.

“We have experienced strong growth in recent years, attracting some significant national clients” says Gavin Austin, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer. “This growth meant our challenge became deciding on the best way to meet client needs and developing a nationwide franchise structure fits our business perfectly”.

The company plans to keep Whangarei as not only its Head Office but it will also be their Centre of Excellence, providing support and training to franchisees and clients alike. Keeping these services in Whangarei is good for the local economy. “We are a locally grown business and identify strongly as such, which meant moving from the area simply wasn’t an option for us” says Austin.

With the temptation always there for local businesses to head for the bright lights of larger centres such as Auckland, Company Health Services is pleased to announce that it will continue to be known as a local Whangarei company, expanding nationwide through a franchise system.
