Vensa Health’s innovative practice-patient communications platform and services allows health providers to deliver reminders for appointments, medication, screening and immunisations, and lab results, health advice through mobile text-messaging communications.
Vensa’s solutions enable pro-active and personal patient health management, efficiency gains for general practice, and a more convenient way for patients to keep connected with their GPs to achieve positive health outcomes.
Jubbawey says he founded the company almost a decade ago to combat the widespread problem of missed health appointments in the primary health sector. Its application usage has since extended to support General Practice business in areas like Lab results and scripts, and preventative primary care services such as helping smokers to quit, cancer detection and immunisations. “Our service increases a health provider’s efficiency, and helps patients receive the care they need, when they need it to enable positive health outcomes,” he says.
