NEWSFLASH: Iraq Grants UN More Time

Iraq has just announced that it will give the UN a six day breathing space - to November 6 - before implementing a potentially disruptive switch from the dollar to the Euro in payment of Iraq's crude oil exports.

November 6 is just one day before Americans go to the polls to elect
their President and members of Congress.
