prayer (written by a Christian, Muslim and Jew ) was offered
at the Palestine (West wall) and to the beat of a drum (from
Hebron in Palestine) those present walked to an olive tree
planted in 1988, during the first Intifada, by the Auckland
Palestine Human Rights Campaign to commemorate the suffering
of the Palestinian people in their struggle for freedom and
justice.
A wreath was laid by a member of the Palestinian community in Auckland.
