LV Cup: One World Penalised And Charged Costs

- The America's Cup Arbitration Panel has just announced its ruling in the OneWorld case. OneWorld will be imposed the following penalty for having breached the Protocol: one point penalty in the semifinals of the Louis Vuitton Cup and, if it advances, one point in the finals of the Louis Vuitton Cup and, if it advances further, one point in the match for the America's Cup.
