Genevieve Cora Fraser: Never Saying You're Sorry
Bush's War on Terror Means
Never Saying
You're Sorry
By Genevieve Cora Fraser
Because
they will not bend
To our will we must kill
The
power-grab by extreme
And ruthless forces
With US or
against US
Vanquished they will be
Crushed by the
might
Of the Land of the Free
A proud and independent
People buried in a soccer field
Trucked in body parts
Remains unmarked and free
Blocked from
fleeing
Bombs and bullets
Fly free not
liberty
Al-Sadr's insurgent
Ingrates not one
Will
escape US
Liberators that we be
The War on Terror
Is
inside us outside
All around us
Martyrs on a
crusade
To protect Iraq
From freedom their
Way it
is our way
Or the Highway
To liberate the oil
From
terrorist nations
At war we'll ever be
Iraq's
transition is
Unshaken more
Troops more troops
My
kingdom
For a horse
The Terrorists
Are here to
stay
